We allow customers to return or exchange products without any condition within 3 days when receiving products. For more details as follow:

1.Products arrive with wrong, quality problem or damage caused by the shipping process

If products upon receipt have any damage caused during the shipping process, or you find they are wrong, or any quality problem, please offer us relevant proof-pictures, and then return them to us within three days from the original date of receiving. After we get the return products, we will conduct refund or exchange as you require and also we will be responsible for the shipping fee.

2.Products upon receipt do not meet what you expect

If you want to return the products without any quality problem, just only because they are not what you expect, like colors or patterns, please return products with good condition to us within three days after receiving them. After we receive these return products from you, we will conduct a refund or exchange within the shortest time. However, you must undertake all shipping fees yourself (brought and the returns).
